1. By submitting an order to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. You will have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
3. You will have read and understood the Refund & Exchange Policy.
4. You will have read and understood the Copyright Policy.
5. When you submit an order to Streetpoint.com.au over the Internet you are offering to purchase from Streetpoint.com.au those items set out in your order.
6. No goods will be delivered without payment fully being received.
7. Streetpoint.com.au reserves the right to cancel orders it believes are fraudulent.
8. Streetpoint.com.au can make amendments to orders with the express permission of the customer. Submission by email and telephone is considered to be a valid form of communication for this authorisation.
9. All products sold on this website are inclusive of GST.
10. Streetpoint.com.au reserves the right to adjust prices at any time and without prior notice before any order has been submitted.
11. Streetpoint.com.au reserves the right to discontinue products at any time and without prior notice. Where a product becomes unavailable after acceptance of your order, Streetpoint.com.au will contact the customer and offer an alternative and/or remove that item from the order.
12. To the extent permitted by law, Streetpoint.com.au expressly disclaims all warranties whether expressed or implied including warranties in relation to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by Streetpoint.com.aud in no way affects the terms of any manufacturer's warranty, express or implied.
13. Streetpoint.com.au disclaims any and all liability for any failure to deliver any products within our anticipated delivery times. Despatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only.
14. Streetpoint.com.au is willing to refund or exchange any damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 14 days of delivery. Returned items will only be accepted if in original new condition, and will be inspected by our Quality Assurance department.
15. Items which have been purposely tampered with will not qualify for a refund.
16. We will notify you if items are temporarily out of stock.
17. Streetpoint.com.au recommends that items are sent via registered mail as we do not take responsibility for items lost enroute to customers.
